This beautiful floral dress was designed by trina lewis for baker sportswear the vibrant floral fabric feels like silk crepe although the exact fabric is not labeled a deep frill crosses over at the bust and around the shoulders and back creating angel sleeves and a flattering frame the dress has a seam around the waist with a fabric tie belt the skirt is full and made up of two layers the outer layer ends half way down the dress the dress is lined and fastens down the back with a metal
