The lookout is terraced cottage on the outskirts of berwick upon tweed in northumberland the cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a super king size double which can be a twin on request and a double room there is also a bathroom a kitchen with a dining area walk in pantry and a sitting room which both have multi fuel stoves outside there is roadside parking and a front patio with furniture and a barbecue as well as bike storage the beach is only a 10 minute walk
