Once the home farm to sibton park and without doubt the oldest building on the estate the farmhouse has been faithfully restored and extended using suffolk materials to create an unusual family homestead the oak frame of the house which has its origins in the 17th century has been rubbed back and polished with beeswax and suffolk brick floors re laid to take under floor heating the original 17th century leaded lights and later georgian windows have been reinstated affording wonderful views
