Ideally ground floor garden would be lovely as im happy to maintain it x ideally at least own bathroom im to old to share ideally a bedsit x on housing benefits due to a knee operation that went wrong x not because im lazy lol x oh and i have a lot of stuff lol so bigger the room the better x
