The residencial santa maria is family owned and was opened in the year 2000 it is in a perfect position from which to visit the town the original build is from the colonial era and was restored a few years ago it is in the plateau area in the historical centre of praia within easy reach of the typical market restaurants and shops there is a reception salon which is used for breakfast and an area to relax throughout the day
