This is an elegant vintage skirt from hamells this long skirt has a 08 waist band and fastens at the side with a zip the skirt is lined and the hem has two deep ruffles garment measurements waist 28 this is much smaller than a modern size 16 hips 36 length 40 please note that the seam lining has come undone in places which cannot be seen when worn and could easily be repaired
