A red pepper houmous like no other even the colour is different made from slow oven roasted halves of red pepper filled with spices lemon juice and olive oil when they are soft and very very slightly charred they are blended with houmous made the same day there is a very subtle kick but as all the flavours are natural it is also a light and fresh tasting dip
