We have a double room available in our gorgeous 3 story house in heavitree were 4 girls but unfortunately one is leaving so we need to fill the gap rnrnwed ideally like to keep it as all girls so im afraid we wont consider any males rnrnrent is 450 per month which includes all bills except council tax which is usually around 32 each month rnthe house is fully furnished as is the double room so youll have a double bed a wardrobe and drawers with a lovely big bay window the house
