A copy of housewife magazine from february 1953 it includes features fiction cookery fashion and beauty features there are also many advertisements in black and white and colour which give a snapshot of fashion both in the home and clothing of the time some yellowing and dog ears and discolouration of the cover but overall in good condition for its age the staples are rusted but the binding is intact the inside front page has been turned down at the top and bottom corners
