Lightweight top with elasticated cap sleeves and neckline ribbon detail to the sleeves and a bow tie detail to the neck line there is no material or care label attached and we think that originally this was part of a 2 piece set with possibly a camisole underneath we do know its a size 8 and would indeed be perfect worn over a cami paired with white shorts leggings or pants for a cool summer look
