I would prefer a professional person or a student who is looking for a quiet relaxed and comfortable place to live someone who can get along with me and my partner i would prefer a non smoker but am not dead against it as my partner smokes but he only smokes in the kitchen or garden we work full time monday to friday and some weekends i have another lodger whos is very quiet and works nights
