This is a beautiful vintage dress by frank usher which be believe to be from the late 70s80s the fabric is crisp white and the dress is lined and has an additional net underskirt to help the dress hold its shape it has thin double straps and the bust area is lightly padded with soft boning at each side seam silver and pale blue sequins create a subtle sparkle the fabric is gathered like a cummerbund above the waist seam from where the skirt flares out the back is cut straight across a
