The gym opened on july 1st 2009 the main gym floor has an extensive range of the latest precor cardio and resistance machines all of the powered cardio machines have integrated viewing screens which allow you to choose the channel you wish to view while exercising there is a massive free weights area which is over 90 square metres in size there is a wide range of state of the art equipment and dumbells which go up to 50kg the highly qualified and friendly staff are always on hand to help
