When francis hartridge first brewed our celebrated ginger beer he bottled it in 8 or 16 pint stone jars that had a wooden tap at the bottom of the jar for easy dispensing our ginger beer is not too fiery or hot in the throat but is subtle with a smooth flavour and is the perfect accompaniment to all food we have continued to use the finest ingredients that my great grandfather first used three centuries ago
