Due to our previous flat mate having to move home we currently have a spare room available in the city centre rn1 double bedroom available in a 5 bed maisonette there is a shared kitchen and living room as well as two shared bathrooms one including a bath bills not included in the rent price of 275 but normally come to about 30 per person the flat is occupied by 4 females ages 19 22 3 of which attend dundee university one 1st year and two 3rd year students and one abertay student 3r
