Double room available in a 3 bedroom semi detached house to the north of the city approximately 1 mile from the centre i live alone and will only be in the property for 2 months of the year so the tenant will have exclusive use of the house for 10 months however the other 2 bedrooms are unavailable i return to the uk this time on the 23rd february and the room will be available to a single occupant from then although it is possible before then after the 4th feb if essentialrnprivate alloca
