Its a large double room in a new house very close to the station and bus routes right outside the house the room is furnished but can be emptied if needed rnthe house has a shared lounge garden a large kitchen and dining area and a lot of parking around the back of the house the monthly rent is 350 but all the bills in the house are split three ways so the monthly cost is normally 450rnrnthe other housemate and i are pretty tidy and very laid back we are quite social and are very frien
