For this 30 minute treatment i begin with an arm and hand massage using organic coconut oil i follow this up with a vigorous scrub of your hands and fingers using neal39s yard melisssa lemon balm hand polish i then apply a hot towel to remove the oil and hand polish and finish with neal39s yard geranium and orange hand cream
