Hand made this vintage kilt is in the atholl district tartan ancient colours also known as the murray of atholl tartan from frazers of perth in scotland the traditional kilt is pleated at back and sides has short fringing on the edge of the flat front panel and is fastened at the top with two black leather straps and metal buckles on the right and another at the waist on the left the kilt was probably made in the 1950s for an adolescent as the waist is narrow criss crossed with horizon
