Q. Does this item (paint brush holder) come with a lid for transporting the brushes? If not, do you have any similar items that do? (it's for my wife who uses brushes for cake decorating)

Thanks for your question. There is no lid for this item, the brushes would sit in the holes, and stick out of the top due to the height. 06-1905 would be better suited for your needs.
