Product Description
The Kumho Solus HA31 all-season tyre is an alternative to seasonal tyres. Accordingly, it is on a par with summer and winter tyres in terms of its properties.
Kumho Solus HA31 215/65 R15 96H
- Lower risk of aquaplaning due to directional tread pattern
- Tyres with V-profile allow better water displacement
- economically viable due to the symmetrical tread pattern
Essential key figures
Every car tyre has a code that indicates its individual properties. The tyre width is at the beginning of the number sequence. It is listed in 10 mm intervals. It is therefore shown here as 215 mm.
The tread incision with its symmetrical properties is also important for the drainage of rain from the car tyre. The Solus HA31 has a symmetrical tread pattern . This can be identified by the mirrored structure if you were to split the car tyre at the axle. The water is drained away on both sides thanks to the indentations. In addition to the symmetry functions, the running direction is important for this model. This is indicated on the car tyre itself by an arrow, which also represents the direction. The following is therefore essential for precise fitting: the car tyres should only be changed on the same side of the car.
The snow grip is shown by the manufacturer with the sign of a mountain and a snowflake shown in it. It is known as the 3PMSF licence plate.
Environmentally conscious driving
This all-weather tyre offers considerable savings compared to seasonal tyres. As it generally remains in use all year round, there are no additional costs for installation and storage. Garages charge almost €100 per year for this seasonal service. An important advantage of all-season tyres: There is no need to determine and use deadlines at garages to peak.
