Product Description

The initial equipment
Every car tyre has a label that shows the individual characteristics. The tyre width is at the beginning of the sequence. It is listed in spans of 10 mm. For the Latitude Alpin 2, it is therefore 215 mm.
The tread cut with its symmetrical structure also has an influence on how the water is guided away from the tyre. In addition to the symmetry capabilities, this design also has the directionality. This is shown on the tyre by means of an arrow marking that indicates the alignment. Accordingly, the following is important for correct fitting: the tyres should only be replaced on the same side of the car between the front and rear.
Environmentally friendly tyres
The Michelin Latitude Alpin 2 was primarily designed for winter use. As a winter tyre, however, it should only be used with caution when driving in summer. On slippery roads, the structure leads to better grip and therefore better handling.
